I have lived and worked in the Baltic region since 1993 and first worked with the Soros Foundation to set up private language schools and teacher education projects before founding my own pan-baltic training businesses. I have also worked as an examiner and business trainer in numerous settings in Europe and beyond for many years. I’ve worked with and for NGOs my whole professional life including service with the British Estonian Chamber of Commerce and the Foreign Investors Council of Estonia. I set up a life skills project called E4R in March 2022 to help refugees from the war in Ukraine – a project which is still running and which has helped over 150 people to improve their communication and job seeking skills and gain internationally recognised qualifications. Communicate OÜ was founded in 2012 to cater to clients in both public and private sectors who need language and communications help from coaches who understand their needs and have gone through many of the same professional trials and tribulations as them.
